Yassou, and welcome to Athens — the historic gateway to Mythical Greece!

Upon arrival at Athens International Airport, your personal English-speaking driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. You’ll be transferred in comfort to your handpicked boutique hotel for a restful start to your journey.

Take the rest of the day at leisure — perhaps stroll through the charming streets of Plaka, enjoy a rooftop view of the Acropolis with a chilled glass of Assyrtiko, or simply unwind after your flight.

Athens: Where Legends Were Born

Today, Athens reveals her legendary past. Your private guide will meet you at the hotel to begin an inspiring walking and driving tour through the beating heart of the ancient world.

Step onto the sacred hill of the Acropolis, pass under the grand Propylaea, marvel at the Temple of Athena Nike and be moved by the sheer majesty of the Parthenon. The views are as unforgettable as the stories.

Onwards past the Parliament and former Royal Palace, your journey takes in Constitution Square, the towering Temple of Olympian Zeus, and the awe-inspiring Panathenaic Stadium — where the modern Olympic spirit was reborn in 1896.

Athens at Your Leisure

Take the day at your own pace. Revisit your favourite spot from yesterday’s tour, lose yourself in the narrow streets of Anafiotika, or sip Greek coffee slowly on a shaded café terrace.

If you’re craving more, your local trip coordinator can arrange a visit to the Acropolis Museum, a food walking tour, or a sunset cocktail with a view of Lycabettus Hill.

Island Bound: Athens to Zakynthos

After a leisurely breakfast, your driver will take you west across the Peloponnese to the port of Kyllini. From there, enjoy a relaxed ferry ride to Zakynthos — a lush Ionian island famed for its dramatic coastline, hidden coves, and warm-hearted locals.

On arrival, your local driver will greet you and transfer you to your boutique accommodation. Settle in and breathe deeply — the island pace has officially begun.

Day 5

A Slice of Paradise: The Blue Caves & Shipwreck Bay

Zakynthos is yours to discover. For Comfort travellers, this is a day to design your own adventure — from beach hopping and scooter rides to a lazy lunch beside the sea.

For Deluxe and Indulgence guests, today is the trip’s sparkling highlight:
Board a private boat charter and set off across crystal-clear waters to Navagio Beach (Shipwreck Bay), one of the most photographed beaches in the world. Carved into the cliffs, this cove’s allure is otherworldly.

Then cruise to the Blue Caves, where sunlight dances through the water and the sea glows in mesmerising shades of cobalt. Swim in hidden lagoons and soak up the sense of freedom only the sea can give.

Light refreshments and drinks are served aboard for Deluxe & Indulgence guests.

Slow Travel, Zakynthian Style

Whether you choose to sunbathe, snorkel, sip cocktails, or discover the island’s more rustic mountain villages, today is yours.

We’ll be ready with tailored tips if you’d like to taste organic olive oil from a family estate, join a small-group cooking class, or visit a tiny monastery tucked into the hills. Or simply do what Zakynthos does best — slow down and savour life.

Return to Athens

This morning, enjoy your final moments on the island before your transfer to Zakynthos Airport for the short flight back to Athens.

You’ll be met at the terminal and taken to your nearby hotel — the ideal retreat before your departure tomorrow. Toast your final evening with a farewell ouzo or simply relax after a full and unforgettable journey.

They were so helpful pre-departure customising and adding extras we requested to our itinerary. As well as helping us organise our visas for our destinations. All our guides were so friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience so effortless and enjoyable. The activities were amazing and so diverse in each city and our accomodation in Cambodia was a real stand out. I gave her an overview of what my wife and I were looking to do in a 5 week trip around Australia and she compiled an intenerary that accomplished that, but also had a plethora of suggestions of places to see and activities that I would never have known.
We also had to change our plans towards the end of our trip and she was able to sort that out hassle free for me.
I have already given her details to friends and family that are thinking of touring Oz and I  will not hesitate to use Click and Trip again for any trips to other destinations that may take my fancy in the future.

From exploring stunning temples and lush rice terraces to thrilling ATV rides through the countryside, every day was a new adventure. Highlights included visiting the Ubud Monkey Forest, ATV’s, Elephant Sanctuary and the adrenaline of swinging over rice terraces.

What made this trip extra special was our local guides which allowed us to really enjoy our time together as a group. We shared laughs, stories, and unforgettable moments that will last a lifetime. From the serene Meiji Shrine to the bustling Shibuya Crossing, the magical Teamlab Borderless, thrilling Tokyo Street Go Carting, and the enchanting Disneysea 🌊🎢, every moment was meticulously planned.
We explored traditional gems like Takayama and Shirakawa-go 🏯, marvelled at Kenroku-en garden's beauty 🌿, and indulged in Wagyu at Bungo Gion 🥩. Kyoto's Fushimi Inari Shrine and the serene Kiyomizu-dera temple were highlights, as was dressing up in a kimono and strolling through Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka Streets 👘🌸.
