Your Jordanian adventure begins with ease and warmth. As your flight touches down in Amman, your personal airport assistant greets you before immigration, helping you breeze through formalities. Outside, your English-speaking driver awaits to whisk you to your boutique hotel in the capital.

Desert Castles and Downtown Amman

Today offers a taste of Jordan’s lesser-known treasures. Travel into the Eastern Desert to explore Qasr Al Azraq, Qasr Amra (a UNESCO site), and Qasr Al Kharanah — centuries-old desert castles once used by Umayyad princes. Frescoed walls, geometric patterns, and crumbling towers tell tales of Islamic life, long before tour buses arrived.

Returning to Amman, your afternoon brings a sweeping view from Citadel Hill, followed by the grand Roman Theatre and the bustling Souqs. End your day on Rainbow Street, a local favourite known for its colourful charm, quirky cafés, and rooftop spots with sunset views.

Day 3

Madaba, Mount Nebo and The King’s Way to Petra

After breakfast, begin your journey south along the storied King’s Highway — an ancient trade route alive with history. Your first stop is Madaba, known for its 6th-century mosaic map of the Holy Land at St George’s Church — a masterpiece that once guided pilgrims and kings.

From there, gaze out from Mount Nebo, where Moses is said to have glimpsed the Promised Land. Pause in Wadi Mujib for dramatic canyon views, then explore the imposing stone walls of Kerak Castle — a Crusader fortress filled with secret passages and sweeping vistas.

By evening, arrive in the enchanting town of Petra and check into your hotel for a peaceful night beneath the stars.

Day 4

Petra — Jordan’s Crown Jewel

Today is a moment you’ll never forget. Rise early to beat the crowds and step into Petra through the narrow Siq — a dramatic sandstone passage that opens suddenly to reveal the Treasury, glowing rose-pink in the morning light.

Your private guide will walk you through Petra’s hidden wonders: the Street of Facades, Royal Tombs, temples carved into cliffs, and ancient water channels once used by the Nabataeans.

For those feeling adventurous, the optional Monastery hike (800 steps, 1.5–2 hours) rewards with epic views and one of Petra’s most breathtaking monuments.
Prefer a smoother journey? Indulgence guests may opt for an electric golf cart service through the Siq.

Into the Wadi Rum Desert

From history to raw nature. This morning, journey south into Wadi Rum — a vast Martian-like wilderness of red sand dunes and towering granite mountains. It’s no wonder Hollywood films like The Martian and Dune were shot here.

With a local Bedouin driver, embark on a 4×4 desert expedition past rock bridges, petroglyphs, and wind-sculpted canyons. The silence here is almost spiritual.

Come sunset, settle into your luxury tented camp. Deluxe and Indulgence guests enjoy a private starlit dinner in the dunes — a magical end to the day.

Day 6

Wadi Mujib Canyon and Arrival at the Dead Sea

Leave the desert behind and follow the winding road along the Dead Sea coastline. Depending on the season, stop for a short canyon walk in Wadi Mujib — a water trail (April–October, age 18+) that winds through towering sandstone cliffs and freshwater pools. It’s a wild and exhilarating way to connect with Jordan’s nature.

From there, descend to the Dead Sea — the lowest point on Earth — and check into your spa hotel. Spend the afternoon floating effortlessly in its mineral-rich waters, known for their healing properties since ancient times.

They were so helpful pre-departure customising and adding extras we requested to our itinerary. As well as helping us organise our visas for our destinations. All our guides were so friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience so effortless and enjoyable. I gave her an overview of what my wife and I were looking to do in a 5 week trip around Australia and she compiled an intenerary that accomplished that, but also had a plethora of suggestions of places to see and activities that I would never have known.
We also had to change our plans towards the end of our trip and she was able to sort that out hassle free for me.

From exploring stunning temples and lush rice terraces to thrilling ATV rides through the countryside, every day was a new adventure. Highlights included visiting the Ubud Monkey Forest, ATV’s, Elephant Sanctuary and the adrenaline of swinging over rice terraces.

What made this trip extra special was our local guides which allowed us to really enjoy our time together as a group. We shared laughs, stories, and unforgettable moments that will last a lifetime. From the serene Meiji Shrine to the bustling Shibuya Crossing, the magical Teamlab Borderless, thrilling Tokyo Street Go Carting, and the enchanting Disneysea 🌊🎢, every moment was meticulously planned.
We explored traditional gems like Takayama and Shirakawa-go 🏯, marvelled at Kenroku-en garden's beauty 🌿, and indulged in Wagyu at Bungo Gion 🥩. Kyoto's Fushimi Inari Shrine and the serene Kiyomizu-dera temple were highlights, as was dressing up in a kimono and strolling through Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka Streets 👘🌸.
